1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the SATHELP24x7 website and its SAT learning tools. It explains how information is handled when you browse lessons, answer practice questions, use calculators, save progress, or contact us.

2. Information we handle

Information you choose to provide

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information included in your message and attachments. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Study information stored on your device

The platform may store the following information in your browser's local storage:

• topic, Notes, Practice, and Flashcards progress;
• practice attempts, answer outcomes, accuracy, and mistake-review items;
• bookmarks, recently studied topics, and flashcard study ratings; and
• interface preferences such as sidebar width, collapsed state, and navigation expansion.

This information stays in the browser profile on the device where it was created unless you or the browser clears it.

Basic technical records

Like most websites, our hosting or network providers may process limited request information—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error details—to deliver and secure the site. Retention and exact fields depend on the provider used when the site is published.

Analytics and advertising information

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and site usage and Google AdSense to support advertising. Depending on your location, device settings, and consent choices, these services may process identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, viewed pages, interactions, and advertising information. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for these purposes.

3. How information is used

Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:

• deliver pages and keep the website reliable and secure;
• save study progress and preferences on your device;
• respond to questions, feedback, and support requests;
• measure site usage and improve content and navigation;
• display, measure, and protect advertising;
• diagnose technical problems and prevent misuse; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

SATHELP24x7 does not sell the browser-local study record or intentionally send that record to Google Analytics or AdSense. Google's handling of information is governed by its own policies.

4. When information may be shared

We may disclose limited information only when reasonably necessary:

• to hosting, infrastructure, or email providers that support the service;
• to Google for analytics, advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and security;
• to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
• to protect users, the platform, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats; or
• as part of a reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to law.

Browser-local learning data is separate from analytics and advertising integrations and is not intentionally transmitted by the current progress system unless you deliberately include it in a message to us.

5. Browser storage and retention

Local study data remains on your device until you clear site data, reset the relevant browser profile, use a product reset control where available, or the browser removes it. Clearing it may permanently remove progress, bookmarks, mistake history, and interface preferences from that device.

Email correspondence and security records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational requirements, dispute resolution, and applicable law.

Analytics and advertising identifiers may be retained by Google according to configured settings, applicable law, and Google's policies. You can use browser controls, consent choices where shown, and Google advertising controls to limit certain processing.

6. Children's privacy

The service is designed for SAT learners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children under 13. A child under 13 should not email personal information to us and should use the service only with a parent or guardian.

If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Parents and guardians can learn more from theFederal Trade Commission's COPPA guidance.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can:

• use the learning platform without creating an account;
• clear locally stored data through your browser's site-data controls;
• choose what information to include when contacting us; and
• request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.

8. Security and international access

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no website, email, device, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device and browser profile protected, especially on a shared computer.

The site may be accessed from different countries, while service providers may process technical information in locations other than your own. Applicable protections can vary by location.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy when the platform, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable notice on the site where appropriate.
