1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SATHELP24x7, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational service

The service provides original lessons, practice questions, explanations, flashcards, calculators, and planning tools for general educational purposes. Results from calculators and practice activities are estimates or study aids unless a page expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for confirming official test dates, policies, permitted devices, scoring, and admissions requirements with College Board, schools, colleges, or other authoritative sources. Content may contain mistakes or become outdated, and it should not be your only source for an important academic decision.

3. Eligibility and access

The current platform can be used without an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the service, security controls, or another person's access;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, source data, or non-public areas;
• use automated methods to overload, scrape, or copy the service at unreasonable scale;
• upload or transmit malicious code, unlawful material, or content that infringes rights;
• misrepresent SATHELP24x7 content as official College Board material; or
• resell, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the platform without permission.

5. Content and intellectual property

The platform's original text, question sets, explanations, interface, branding, and other materials are owned by SATHELP24x7 or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal study.

SAT® is a registered trademark of College Board. References to SAT, College Board, or third-party services are descriptive and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, emailinfo@sathelp24x7.com with enough information for us to identify and review it.

6. Local data and service availability

Progress, bookmarks, mistakes, recent activity, flashcard ratings, and interface preferences may be stored only in your browser. You are responsible for access to your device and browser profile. Clearing browser data, changing devices, using private browsing, or browser failure can remove this information.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features and content. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

7. Third-party services and links

The site may link to official SAT resources, colleges, or other third-party websites. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, and content. SATHELP24x7 does not control and is not responsible for a third-party service simply because we link to it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any score improvement, admission result, scholarship, placement, or other outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SATHELP24x7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, or results arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes, interpretation, and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
