Cookie Policy

A clear description of the cookies and browser-storage technologies used by the current SATHELP24x7 platform.

1. Current summary

SATHELP24x7 uses browser storage and Google services.

The platform uses local storage for study progress and preferences. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement, advertising, security, and fraud prevention.

The exact cookies or identifiers used can vary based on device settings, location, Google product configuration, consent choices, and whether advertising features are available on a page.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website asks a browser to store. They can support sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, or advertising. Some expire when the browser closes, while others remain for a defined period.

Similar browser technologies include local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, and device identifiers. Laws may treat these technologies similarly even when their technical behavior differs.

3. How SATHELP24x7 uses local storage

Local storage supports features that need to remember your activity on the same device:

  • learning progress across Notes, Practice, Flashcards, topics, domains, and sections;
  • practice results, mistake review, bookmarks, and recently studied activity;
  • flashcard ratings and study-session history; and
  • sidebar width, collapsed state, and curriculum expansion preferences.

These records are functional, not advertising identifiers. The current application reads them in your browser to restore your learning state; it does not intentionally upload them to SATHELP24x7.

4. Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and interactions so we can improve content and navigation. Google AdSense loads advertising technology that can deliver, measure, secure, and limit ads. Google may process device and browser information, IP address, viewed pages, interactions, identifiers, and advertising information.

The browser-local learning record is not intentionally included in Google Analytics or AdSense events. Our hosting or network provider may also create basic server logs to deliver and protect the site. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Third-party websites

Links to College Board, colleges, or other websites take you to services we do not control. Those websites may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Opening an external link does not allow that third party to read SATHELP24x7's browser-local study records.

6. Your browser controls

You can inspect or delete SATHELP24x7 site data through your browser settings. The exact menu name varies by browser and may appear as “Cookies and site data,” “Site settings,” “Privacy,” or “Storage.”

Blocking or deleting cookies may limit advertising personalization or measurement but should not prevent access to the core curriculum. Browser extensions and Google advertising settings may provide additional controls. Some essential security or fraud-prevention processing may still occur where permitted.

Deleting local site data can permanently remove progress, bookmarks, mistake history, flashcard ratings, recent activity, and sidebar preferences from that browser profile. Private-browsing sessions may remove data automatically when the session closes.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when storage technologies or platform features change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
