Suppose a student records Information and Ideas 9/12, Craft and Structure8/10, Algebra 6/10, and Advanced Math9/10. The weighted overall accuracy is 32/42 = 76.2%. Algebra is the first review signal at 60%, while Advanced Math is highest at 90%.

SAT domain-performance questions

What should I enter for each SAT domain?
Enter the number of questions attempted and answered correctly for each domain you want to compare. Both counts must come from the same question set or combined practice history. Leave both fields blank for domains you do not have data for.
Do I have to enter all eight domains?
No. Enter at least two complete domain rows. A partial comparison can still help organize review, but the result clearly states how many domains were included and does not invent results for omitted domains.
Why does the calculator compare percentages instead of correct counts?
Correct counts are not directly comparable when domain sets contain different numbers of questions. Dividing correct answers by attempted questions puts every entered domain on the same 0–100% raw-accuracy scale.
How is the overall accuracy calculated?
It is a weighted result: all correct answers across the entered domains divided by all attempted questions. It is not the simple mean of the domain percentages, so a 20-question set contributes more than a 5-question set.
Does the lowest percentage prove that domain is my weakest skill?
No. It is the lowest raw accuracy among the data entered. Question difficulty, test conditions, and sample size can affect the result. Confirm the signal with missed-question review and another comparable set before making a large study decision.
Why are samples under five questions flagged?
A few questions can produce a dramatic percentage change from one answer. The five-question flag is a transparent caution used by this tool, not an official College Board threshold or statistical confidence test.
Does this recreate the domain bars on an official SAT score report?
No. College Board domain bars reflect demonstrated proficiency across question difficulty levels. This calculator uses only user-entered correct and attempted counts, so it reports raw practice accuracy and does not convert that percentage into an official seven-bar result.
What should I do after finding a review priority?
Open that domain in the curriculum, identify the specific skills behind the missed questions, review the error causes, and then use a fresh comparable set. Improvement should be confirmed across repeated evidence rather than one percentage.
